1. Each exhibitor may exhibit one market goat. However, in preparation for PA Farm Show competition, an exhibitor may place on feed and have in
possession by October 15, 2022, two market goats. Only one animal may be presented and must be declared before the scale. The animal cannot
be changed after it is weighed. Market goats may be wethers and/or does from which one market goat will be selected for exhibition.
2. Identification - Market goats must be identified by the 840 RFID ear tag or legible tattoo as displayed on health papers at the time of weigh-in.
A lost ear tag MUST be reported to Farm Show. As proof of ownership, a Junior Market Animal Entry Form must be sent to the PA Farm Show
and postmarked by October 15, 2022, and animal must be registered online computer timestamp by October 15, 2022. Any list of identified
animals will be considered incomplete without the Junior Market Animal Entry Form. Forms must be signed by a County Extension Agent or
an Agricultural Education Instructor and by the exhibitor. If the exhibitor is under 18 years old, forms must be signed by a parent/guardian. A
legitimate Farm Show RFID Tag must match the current information on record at the Farm Show. If the RFID Tag information does not match or
entry does not have an RFID Tag, entry will be disqualified. Also, entry will be disqualified if RFID Tag does not scan.
